Based on the findings of an offsite unannounced follow-up survey completed 4/14/2022, Accessabilities Inc had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a relicensure survey completed 6/25/2021.
